The nurses and other staff that work there are all so friendly and helpful. If you are someone who is a bit unsure and nervous then this is the place you want to be,they make you feel so at ease.

My concerns about my current bowel habits were listened to and changes to my bag changing routine were suggested. I was asked about my feelings about my treatment history and how I deal with any problems day to day. It was a relief to be able to be honest about my feelings. I also was reassured that I am managing my condition well both practically and socially.

I found the nurse arrived on the stated appointment time, She was very professionable and took the time so that I understood what she was telling me, The nurse examand my stoma and said it was in good condition and with no worries for me, This nurse was Plesant in every repect and conducted her self as every nurse should be,I look forward to seeing her again next year for a check-up.

In my case the nurse could not have done anything any better,she was good at her job and made my check-up as pleasent as could be,she could not have done anything better than she did.

Louise has a lovely kind sympathetic but not condescending manner. Her addition to the staff has resulted in a much improved service. Having a stoma for more than 35 years she appreciated how I have managed my disability to live normally. However if I had a problem I would have no hesitation in asking for her help.
